2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and complete the payment — and that’s it! You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. All transactions are secured with encrypted payment gateways for your safety.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched so you can keep an eye on it.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery in selected locations. If COD is available in your area, you’ll see the option at checkout.
6. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use that link to monitor the status and delivery updates of your package.
7. What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery for unused, unopened products in original condition. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re really sorry if that happens! Please send us an email at snikumbe2002@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photos of the issue. We’ll sort it out ASAP with a replacement or refund.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We’re working on expanding our reach soon — stay tuned!
